  1. DC Brushless Solar Water Pump (Motor-Type):

  The brushless DC motor water pump is assembled by integrating a brushless DC motor with an impeller. The motor shaft is directly connected to the impeller, and there’s a small gap between the pump’s stator and rotor. Over time, water can seep into the motor through this gap, increasing the risk of motor burnout.

  Advantages: Brushless DC motors are standardized, mass-produced by specialized manufacturers, resulting in relatively low costs and high efficiency.

  2. Brushless DC Magnetic Isolation Solar Water Pump:

  The brushless DC water pump uses electronic components for commutation, eliminating the need for carbon brushes. It features a high-performance, wear-resistant ceramic shaft and ceramic sleeve, with the sleeve integrally molded to the magnet via injection molding—effectively preventing wear. As a result, the lifespan of this brushless DC magnetic water pump is significantly extended.

  The stator and rotor sections of the magnetic-isolation pump are completely sealed apart, with the stator and circuit board portions encapsulated in epoxy resin for 100% waterproof protection. The rotor features permanent magnet technology, while the pump body is crafted from eco-friendly materials, ensuring low noise levels, a compact design, and consistently reliable performance. Additionally, various desired parameters can be easily adjusted by modifying the winding configuration of the stator, and the pump is capable of operating efficiently across a wide voltage range.

  Advantages: Long lifespan, ultra-low noise levels as low as below 35dB, and suitable for hot water circulation. The motor’s stator and circuit board are encapsulated with epoxy resin and completely isolated from the rotor, allowing for underwater installation while maintaining full waterproof performance. Additionally, the pump’s shaft features a high-performance ceramic bearing, ensuring exceptional precision and excellent vibration resistance.
